What days and times are available for birthday parties?
We are available most Saturdays unless is a holiday. Weekdays are available depending on the Season. Celebration starting times are offered anytime from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
Could You describe the space?
Sure! On this special day, you and your guests will enjoy a lovely open outdoor space with ample room to move around. Two wooden picnic tables located under the shade of a beautiful Maple tree awaits to be beautifully decorated. Although most of the children we know do not like to sit quietly, everyone will find plenty of places to sit, relax and be at one with nature. You will also find whimsical swings for the little ones, a tree house, a natural sand and gravel box and plenty of toys to play in it, a mud kitchen, our mini barn and chicken coop, our vegetable garden and our cottage garden as well. You will also find our magical woodland space, where you and your guest can enjoy nature walks, places to sit and admire nature, a fire ring, a little cabin for children to play around and the view of a natural healthy creek where littles and the big ones too love to explore.

When should I make my reservation?
We recommend make your reservation well in advance to plan accordingly. Also, in certain time of the year our availability may fill up quickly. We must receive your request at least 4-5 weeks prior to the event date. You may anticipate a reply within 24-48 business hours from the date we receive your request. Your celebration is booked once your request form is approved and fees have been processed.
Do I have to pay a security deposit to rent the venue?
Yes, you will be requested to pay a refundable security deposit upon booking.
How many guest I can invite to my event?
For all birthday add-on options and packages, you must still meet the minimum requirement of 10 people total in your party to receive the group rate. If you fall below the required 10 you must still pay the minimum fee required for the chosen package or add-on. We have accommodated a maximum of 30 children and 20-30 adults. The guest limitations are due to the size of our parking area which currently accommodates 15 to 20 vehicles.
Who will host my birthday party?
We are the venue, you are the host! You can certainly bring a host that can help you to receive and entertain your guest.
Some of the activities described in our basic celebration package and some of our add-ons activities that require our intervention will be coordinated with the party host and performed by a member(s) of our team.
Themed Seasonal Celebration will be co-hosted, organized and planned by a member of our team.
Can I bring my own cake and refreshment? What about my own decorations?
Yes!. We do not provide any beverages or food on site. You are welcome to supply your own cake, snacks and drinks as well your own tableware and cutlery. We have refrigerator/freezer space to store ONLY birthday cakes or cupcakes or ice cream. You may bring additional coolers or containers to keep your food items fresh. They will be kept outside.
You are also welcome to bring in your own decorations. Please note, nothing can be taped, glued and tacked to the walls and for the safety of all including our animals, balloons are not allowed in the farm, our woodland space and/or schoolhouse. Please always remember your guest to pack extra drinking water, bug-spray and sunblock!
Can I choose other event vendors outside the farm recommendations?
Sure, you are welcome to bring in other vendors outside the farm's recommended vendors, such as flower suppliers, photographer, gift suppliers and musicians. Please contact us since it will incur extra expenses.
What is your rescheduling policy?
If a reschedule event request is received 14 days or more before the event, we will do our best to accommodate your request at no charge. If we receive a rescheduling request within 14 days or less of the event day, there will be a fee of $50 charge to reschedule the event to a different available date/time. As well, we charge $50 if you decide to reschedule a second time even if the request is received 14 days or more before the event. In any case, we do not guarantee that your rescheduling request will be accommodated. Please plan accordingly.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once your event is booked, we start to work diligently on your celebration request. We buy supplies and acquire everything that will be necessary for the celebration and for you and your guest to have a delightful experience at the farm. Money, efforts and priceless precious time are invested. This, is the reason why all our fees are non-refundable once your celebration is booked. If you have selected an add-on where it needed supplies or special accomodations, you will still need to pay for it even if the guest do not show up at the party. Please plan accordingly.
Do you have an inclement weather policy?
Yes, you may request to reschedule at no charge if the National Weather Service forecast 60% or higher chance of inclement weather conditions for our area (28227). Request can be made at anytime from three days before the event day up to the star of your event.
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes, you and your guests must complete and sign a waiver for each child before the day of the event in order to access the farm.
